As the end of the year approaches, it can be a good opportunity to look back on your accomplishments, challenges and insights in order to close the last chapter on the year and move forwards with fresh appreciation for how far you have come.

Go through your calendar week by week and write down some of the important and memorable events. If you need to help jog your memory, also have a look through some of the photos you may have taken this year.

Is there anything you need to let go of before you can start your next year? What do you need to leave behind and not carry into the next year? What do you need to surrender and what can it be replaced by?
